Staying at Wintergreen RV Park & Storage is like staying with family. We are family owned and operated, and understand your need for comfort away from home, as well as security for you and your valuables. Situated right along the city limits of Seguin, Texas, we offer the quietness of the country with the convenience of local dining and retail. Enjoy a picnic on lush carpet grass shaded by our lovely pecan trees, or relax on one of two spacious patios after a long day. And if you need to clean up a bit, we provide onsite laundry, shower and toilet facilities.

And for those of you who just need an extra driveway or garage space, we have you covered! Wintergreen RV Park & Storage offers both covered and uncovered spaces to keep your trailer, boat, or fun ATV safe and secure. With wide gravel roads and open spaces for storage, even the largest trailer is able to be parked easily.

About US

We are Wade and Morgan Land of Seguin, Texas. Wintergreen RV Park & Storage was built by Morgan’s dad in 2008 and we took over in 2020. We are a gated facility with several cameras onsite, plus we provide a personal presence every day to give you peace of mind.

Considerate of all of our visitors, we do request our guests to follow a few simple rules to ensure everyone’s safety. Dogs are welcome, but we do ask they remain on a leash outside of your vehicle. If you would like to know more, please contact us today to get our full list of guest requests.

Our RV spots provide water and electricity along with our onsite amenities. The covered storage is a large building with walls on three sides to protect your belongings.
